When Vince Rizzo (Andy Garcia), a corrections officer and wannabe actor, brings home ex-con Tony (Steven Strait) Vince’s reserved family soon see one another for who they really are. City Island is smart, sweet, and funny and will hopefully be discovered by a larger audience now that it’s available on DVD and Blu-ray. Julianna Margulies, Ezra Miller, and Emily Mortimer also star.
