CFC Bringing Spike Lee to Toronto For Black History Month Celebration

Celebrated filmmaker Spike Lee will join award-winning Canadian filmmaker Clement Virgo (Rude, Poor Boy’s Game) for a discussion at the Varsity Cinema in Toronto on January 25. The event, hosted by the Canadian Film Centre (CFC), is to commemorate Black History Month and will focus on Lee’s use of music in his films.

Tickets to the discussion are $20 and can be purchased in advance at totix.ca or at the venue the night of the event. All proceeds go to the CFC Diversity Scholarship. For more information, visit cfccreates.com.
