In the hit SyFy/Showcase show Haven, based on Stephen King’s novel The Colorado Kid, Lucas Bryant plays Nathan, a police detective in Haven, Maine who has no sense of touch due to a rare disorder. Bryant, originally from Elmira, Ontario, compares the show between Twin Peaks and The X-Files, and is genuinely excited to be a part of it.

Criticize This! spoke with Bryant about his character, how he enjoys filming in Halifax, and if Stephen King is ever going to make an appearance on the show. Listen to our audio interview below (5:27) or download it via iTunes.

Haven: The Complete First Season is now available on DVD and Blu-ray.
