It’s no secret that we have great admiration for Michael Rooker here at Criticize This! [read Andrew Parker’s interview with the man and you’ll see what I mean]. He’s just such a cool, badass actor, and the characters he plays are always fun and memorable to watch. Well after being in the business for over 20 years Rooker now wants his due and is campaigning for an Emmy for his part as Merle Dixon, the redneck racist, in the hit AMC zombie series The Walking Dead. As part of the campaign we were passed along these great “For Your Consideration” ads to post, and they just prove how cool this guy is. Good luck Mr. Rooker, we’re rooting for ya!
