Wondering what’s worth watching on Canadian TV tonight? We’ve got some highlights of what’s on and possibly watchable.

Terra Nova has its 2-hour premiere on Citytv at 8 p.m ET. It’s produced by Steven Spielberg and looks like a mix between Jurassic Park and Lost. It will probably be cancelled in a couple of weeks so don’t get too attached.

Still undecided whether I like The Playboy Club or not after the lacklustre premiere last week. If it was on a speciality channel like AMC or HBO instead of regular cable it would probably be a better show. If the second episode doesn’t hook me tonight I’m giving up on it. Airs 10 p.m. ET on Citytv.

For you CanCon lovers, the CBC brings back Being Erica for its fourth and final season at 9 p.m. ET. Never got into the show but will miss seeing the lovely Erin Karpluk in all the ads around Toronto.

After Melissa McCarthy won me over in Bridesmaids earlier this year, I checked out her sitcom Mike & Molly and became a huge fan. Season two premieres at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT on CTV Two.

I really liked the first episode of Kat Dennings’ 2 Broke Girls and feel it could become a mainstay sitcom. It has a fun vibe similar to The Odd Couple or That ‘70s Show and works well. Episode two airs tonight on OMNI at 8:30 p.m. ET.

Gossip Girl is back for its fifth season at 8 p.m. ET on Much. I’m man enough to admit it’s a guilty pleasure of mine. XOXO!

If you’re up late and looking for a movie to watch, Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure is on CHCH at 1:30 a.m. ET. Party on, dudes!
