Fans of The Hunger Games only have a few more weeks to wait before the DVD/Blu-ray release of the film hits shelves on August 18. And to get you even more pumped to add it to your collection, Lionsgate debuted the first special feature from the home release during the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con this past week.
The clip focuses on the scene where Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) is running through the forest of fire. It’s quite interesting to see how they incorporated real fire into the scene and how much Lawrence did herself. There’s also a nice quip from director Gary Ross when Lawrence complains about how hot it is. Check it out below and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
